Dear Scouters, hope everyone is having a great summer, and to those who went to Scout Camp -congratulations on all of your hard work and your achievements.

For all those scouts in the Troop who will participating at Camp Sikorsky on September 26 - 28 , the following information is required (please present this information TODAY) :
1- Name
2- Address
3- Social Security Number
5- Nationality
6- Date of birth
7- Telephone number

8- the 3 choices of Merit Badges to be taken at Camp Sikorsky

9- check in the amount of $50.00 for the program

10- check for the Camp Sikorsky 2008 shirt ($10.00), check for a Camp Sikorsky 2008 hat ($10.00) === both optional

All Scouts who have earned the rank of First Class are eligible to participate at Camp Sikorsky

This information was requested back in June, and we need to complete the Troop application ASAP. Please respond with all the requested today, so that the scouts' information can be delivered tomorrow. The fee for the event can be submitted during this coming week.

Dear Scouters, the Troop will once again participate at Camp Sikorsky. All Scouts who are First Class rank and above (rank earned by September 26, 2008) are eligible to participate. This event will take place from September 26 - September 28 , 2008

Each participant must provide the following items:
1- Name - full legal name
2- DOB
3 - Social Security Number
4- Rank
5- Citizenship
6- Tuition of $65.00 - covers cost of Camp Sikorsky and Friday night dinner
7- Choices of 3 merit badges (please specify your choices by merit badge NAME and NUMBER)

Additionally, Camp Sikorsky will be offering T-shirts ($10.00 SM, MED. LG, XL $11.00 XXL) and caps ($10.00 SM/MED or MED/LG). This order must be placed along with the tuition. The Sikorsky facility store MAY be open for an hour as it was last year for the purchase of other Sikorsky items and souvenirs.

The Troop must register the scouts (and any desired items to be purchased) by the middle of July. Please help by responding and making proper payment as soon as possible.
